Janis D'souza

Janis leads Marketing and Public Relations at Whiteboard Capital, her work centers on shaping the firm's narratives, portfolio storytelling, and platform presence across the startup ecosystem.

Prior to Whiteboard, Janis worked at Asian Paints and went on to complete her MBA from Altera Institute of Management. She is passionate about understanding people, ideas, and the stories behind ambitious companies.

Outside of work, Janis is an avid traveler who loves dancing, filming, and exploring new places and cultures.
